WTF TS3 Registration

The registration process for WTF TS3 has changed.

1. Please register for a WTF Forum account (if you don't have one already).
2. Login to the forum and go to Profile > Temars EVE API > Teamspeak
3. Connect to WTF TS3 with the details provided (details are the same as before) and click Register.
